Agile Delivery

Sometimes, project management and real-world management just don't mix. Requirements change, problems arise and unforeseen opportunities emerge. And it all happens at an ever-increasing pace. Adopting a traditional, sequential approach to delivery in this kind of environment can be a disaster, with the project continuing down its track even though it's headed for the wrong station.

That's why we use a project methodology based on the Agile Delivery system. Originally used in the software industry, Agile is increasingly moving into the mainstream as it's adopted by other disciplines. It has the potential to accelerate project delivery, increase customer satisfaction and improve flexibility in adapting to changes.

A typical project will be made up of five key stages:

  1. Understand

We work closely with our clients to understand their business objectives and target audience fully, so we can define success criteria at the outset.

  2. Specify

We create detailed project documentation setting our proposed strategy, technical approach and creative treatment.

  3. Develop

Having carried out detailed research and fully scoped the project, we can begin to develop with confidence.

  4. Test

Rigorous testing throughout the project lifecycle ensures there are no last-minute surprises. As a multidisciplinary agency, we are well placed to test cross-channel integration.

  5. Measure

Once your solution is live, we supply detailed management reports using the very latest industry analytics software. As well as website usage and visitor behaviour, we can also track telephone calls and responses from DM, directory and press activity.
